To implement the project, it is necessary to create a pilot production with a capacity of 1.4 - 2 m3 / day and conduct tribological tests of furnace units, test mechatronics. A detailed project of a pilot production must be coordinated with specialized partners. Pilot production will make it possible to carry out field studies, which consist in periodic non-destructive monitoring of the condition, humidity and thermal conductivity of the ceramic foam material in the operating enclosing structures, as well as sampling for research in the laboratory twice a year (spring and autumn periods). The offered building product made of ceramic foam is an ideal building material for a passive house.
An average building in Germany uses 100-120 kWh / m² for heating. #energyefficiency building is considered below 40 kWh / m². The passive house consumes about 10 kWh m².
With a synergistic approach to the implementation of the idea, the following problems can be solved by 2030:
- to reduce energy consumption to produce construction products and reduce the use of fossil fuels in the production of expanded clay, cement and other products:
